Remember when we were back in school, our teachers would always stress on how important it is to eat breakfast?
Until now, I still remember the saying “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dine like a pauper.”
Well, it seems that this is true; breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Just as it is with cars, breakfast is the fuel we need to get us through the whole day – and without this valuable fuel, we wouldn’t be functioning properly.
In fact, it isn’t just about functioning properly – there are so many things affected in your body when you haven’t had breakfast.

The reason why it’s really called breakfast is because you are “BREAKing your FAST”.
You will go quite a few hours of not eating after dinner – and although you only sleep 6-8 hours a day, how many of you realistically eat right before going to bed?
Most people dine at around 7 or 8pm, going a good 12 to 14 hours before getting anything else in their stomachs.
As a result of this long fast, your metabolic rate goes down, but eating breakfast will get it kicking again. That’s right.
If you are trying to lose weight, breakfast is probably the one meal you should not be skipping.
Another thing to think about is that your productivity really takes a dip if you have not eaten anything in the morning.
It’s been well-documented in studies that people who do not eat breakfast have a “mental deficiency” when they start the day.
They will not be able to focus and concentrate as much, and problem-solving abilities also take a dip.
Plus anyway, what kind of person doesn’t like bacon and eggs in the morning?
Are you really that crazy to not like bacon?
